Returns and Changes Policy

(1) Cancellation of order before delivery and right of withdrawal before delivery
The Customer has the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the purchase and sale transaction before receiving the purchased products within 24 hours from the completion of the order. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to fotopoulosport.gr  at the email address  sales@fotopoulosport.gr.  Fotopoulosport.gr will accept the cancellation and will return the price to the customer by crediting his credit card, only if the purchased products have not been delivered to the courier for delivery to the Customer.

(2) Change of products after delivery
- If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he has the right to request the change of the purchased product by sending an electronic message (e-mail) to fotopoulosport.gr to the electronic address, sales@fotopoulosport.gr, requesting the change of the product with another product of his choice.
- If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment process of the difference. The e-mail will contain a link to the payment website of this website, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment details in accordance with the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product then fotopoulosport.gr will credit the Customer with the difference.

(3) Return of Products after delivery - Right of withdrawal after delivery
If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he has the right to return the product he will buy and request a refund of the price paid. as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection and the right of withdrawal from a sale. In this case, the Customer sends via e-mail a message (e-mail) to fotopoulosport.gr at the e-mail address sales@fotopoulosport.gr requesting a refund of the product and a refund of the amount paid.

(4) Deadline for change or product return
Any request for change or return of product must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the product. Requests for change or return of products after the period of 14 days are accepted only in case of defective products in accordance with Greek law, based on the provisions and contracts of sale.

(5) Return or change product 
Both the right to change and the right to return the product apply to the entire purchased product and can not be exercised on only a part of the product (such as on a part or accessory of the product).

(6) Condition of returned products 
The return or exchange of a product is not accepted if it is proved that the product has been used and will be returned to the customer at his charge. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and intact and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, etc. They must not be worn, altered or washed and the labels must remain on the product.

(7) Sending the products to FOTOPOULOSPORT.GR
- Shipping - return of products within Greece is done free of charge only through the same courier company with which the product was sent for the first time to the customer. In case of sending the product to us with another courier company, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.
- The Customer sends via e-mail a message (e-mail) to fotopoulosport.gr to the e-mail address sales@fotopoulosport.gr requesting the return or change of the product.
- The cost of shipping the products to be returned or exchanged outside Greece is borne by the customer.
- For each product that is returned or for which a change is requested, the Customer must include when sending a copy of the original purchase receipt.  

(8) Delivery costs for products whose exchange is requested
In the case of products for which the exchange is requested, the Customer will not be charged the cost for the second receipt of the new product acquired after the change.

(9) Conditions for returning products 
In case of non-fulfillment of some of the above conditions, fotopoulosport.gr is entitled to either:
(a) consider that the right to exchange or return has not been validly exercised, and therefore not accept the return, or change of the product, or
(b) especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, and have been worn or used to accept the change or return and at the same time to claim compensation from the Customer at the value of the defects of the returned product

(10) Refund of money
As soon as fotopoulosport.gr receives a request for return or change of product and if the above conditions are met, it will credit the Customer's credit card with the relevant amount. It usually takes 7 business days to process the request and complete the credit registration.
The Customer will be notified as soon as the return or exchange request has been fully processed.
As provided above, fotopoulosport.gr is entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products and has the right to offset the relevant amount of the required compensation with the amount to be returned.
